Tax Forms

Our Forms page provides access to the IRS power of attorney form to start representing you on filing your back taxes. The purpose of the power of attorney is to authorize us to receive and inspect confidential tax information and to perform any and all acts that you authorize us that may include the authority to obtain tax return transcripts, represent you before the IRS, and/or sign any agreements, consents, or other documents. The authority does not include the power to receive refund checks, the power to substitute another representative or add additional representatives, or the power to sign certain returns.
